Celebration journey across Italy

To mark our 30th anniversary, we have collaborated with the finest suppliers and exceptional chefs to create a special culinary experience that will showcase the distinctiveness and uniqueness of Italian regions.

Join us over the upcoming months as we explore and celebrate the captivating flavours of Italy!

October & November

We start with the Garfagnana region, nestled between Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, and Tuscany. Chef Aurelio Barattini from Antica Locanda di Sesto, a century-old restaurant, joins us at Roberto’s. He is deeply connected to his region's culture and ingredients, achieving an elegantly authentic rusticity.

R

November & December

Then, we transition to winter in Piemonte, where cuisine harmonizes with Barolo's vineyards and culture. Roberto's partners with the Dogliani family - owners of Batasiolo wines, and Tartufi la Morra, to present their finest wines alongside Piedmontese dishes. The highly sought-after tartufo bianco will be in season, offering a taste from appetizers to desserts.

R

January & February

After Piemonte, Venice awaits! In partnership with Bacaromi, the bácaro at Hilton Molino Stucky, and Executive Chef Ivan Fargnoli, we will immerse ourselves in Carnival vibes. It's all about "ombra e cicchetti" – a Venetian term for sipping wine and enjoying small bites. This unique and historically rich cuisine traces its roots back to the Renaissance.

R

March & April

As spring arrives, we head south in pursuit of the season's first produce. Together with the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, Roberto's will showcase the finest of classic Roman cuisine, renowned for its exceptional richness and flavours.

R

May & June

Let's continue south to Campania, in Sorrento, where we will visit Hilton Sorrento Palace. Be ready for a severe case of 'napolitudine,' the acute melancholia that we all suffer after experiencing Naples and indulging in its wonderful street cuisine. Campania is also the home of mozzarella di bufala, pizza, the best spaghetti, extraordinary seafood, and wines from volcanic soils... Smania 'e turná!

R

July & August

Join us on our last culinary adventure to Sicily. Prepare to be enchanted by its rich cultural tapestry, where influences from ancient Greeks, Romans, Arabs, and Normans converge. Sicilian cuisine boasts bold flavors of sun-ripened citrus, aromatic herbs, fresh seafood, and robust wines—each dish is a testament to the island’s vibrant history and breathtaking landscapes.
