Experience the artistry of cacao with a menu crafted by Chef Enrique Limardo, celebrated for his innovative culinary flair. As the Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Seven Reasons—named DC’s Best Restaurant by The Washington Post in 2019—and Imperfecto, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Washington, DC, Chef Limardo brings a unique vision to every dish.
A menu highlight is the risotto with pepper, pecorino, and caramelised cacao nibs, where bold flavours harmonise with the subtle richness of cacao.
